WHAT DOES HYPNOSIS FEEL LIKE?

If you have ever got so seriously engrossed in a movie, that you didn't notice the passing of time? That's pretty much how it feels to be under Hypnosis. It's an incredibly natural state, and we pass in and out of it throughout the day, every day! Hypnotherapy is a focused state and guided state, not too dissimilar to meditation. And you will still be aware of your therapist, the room and your surroundings.

WILL YOU MAKE ME DO SOMETHING WITH WHICH I AM NOT COMFORTABLE?

Absolutely not!
Stage Hypnosis is often confused with Hypnotherapy and it will often feature people performing silly actions like clucking like a chicken! Hypnotherapy is NOT stage hypnosis!! Hypnotherapy works to affect the changes you wish to see, in your inner world (subconscious/unconscious mind), so that you see/feel actual tangible changes/results in your outer world/life. We will never get you to cluck like a chicken! We work to an Ethical Code of Conduct

IS ONLINE AS EFFECTIVE AS IN PERSON?

The simple answer is yes and then some!
Being in your own home environment, often makes people feel even more relaxed, plus it eliminates the need to travel. All that's required is a decent internet connection and a couple of hours, where you know you're unlikely to be disturbed.
